There is no free tier or trial.

* Payments are processed exclusively through Apple via Apple StoreKit
* We do not collect or store payment information
* Subscription pricing and renewal terms are governed by Apple

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds
* Subscriptions may be canceled through your Apple ID settings
* Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with their policies

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
* Violate any applicable laws or regulations
* Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the App
* Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure or security
* Access data not intended for you
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these rules.

6. User Content
The App allows you to create and store personal habit data.
* You retain full ownership of your User Content
* You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and provide the App
We do not use your content for advertising or marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, and content associated with the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

* Required by law or Apple policies
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account within the App.

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or without interruption. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time.

8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time within the App:

Account deletion permanently removes your personal and habit data from our systems.
